All students have the right to be served by the school counseling program which provides preventive and developmentally appropriate support in all domains: academic, career, and personal/social.
All student’s ethnic, cultural, and racial differences and special needs are considered in the planning and implementation of the Roberts Counseling Program.
The counselor(s) and stakeholders will use data to evaluate, plan and coordinate activities, objectives, and goals in order to maximize student achievement.
All students K-5 will have access to a state-certified Master's Degree level counselor.
Using leadership, advocacy and collaboration, the school counselor will facilitate student success and create systemic change.
All counselors shall abide by the professional ethics and guidance according to the American School Counselor Association.
